Describe the outdoor area and what you want changed. MyScapez passes the request to a business that covers your suburb and has a matching job switched on. The business quotes the work it is prepared to do. You approve that quote before any work starts. MyScapez does not build the garden and does not set the price.
What can change the price
There is no standard MyScapez price. A quote usually changes with the size of the area, access, how much is being removed or added, materials, and whether the job is a tidy or a new layout. Some built work, such as walls or paving, can need a particular licence. MyScapez does not decide which licence applies and does not claim a business holds one.
Questions to ask the provider
- What is included in this quote, and what is not?
- Who supplies the plants, soil or other materials?
- Will I see the quote before any work starts?
- Does this job need a licence, and if so, which one do you hold?
- How will green waste leave the site?
Before the visit, and after
- Mark the area you want changed.
- Say what must stay, including trees, drains and services.
- Make sure the business can get materials to that spot.
- A new garden still needs water and weeding after the visit. Ask what the plants will need in the first weeks.
